What is HEALTH COACHING?

A health coach is often referred to as a wellness coach. Wellness is more than just what we put in our bodies. It is anything that nourishes us in life, like food, relationships, spiritually and things that bring us value.

How does health coaching WORK?

We start by listening to our bodies. Then we identify our values. Finally, we transform our goals into action. This can be very rewarding. With a little bit of work, we can start bringing our body back into alignment.

Who BENEFITS from a health coach?

ANYONE!! Food affects every aspect of our health and well-being. Our digestion, immune system, energy levels, health conditions and mood are affected by our food choices.

Saying goodbye to the frustrating thought of “I’ve tried everything”, is a great way to start getting your heath back on track. I work with all types of issues such as; failed diets, poor relationship with food, creativity in the kitchen and food education. But what is most dear to my heart, are people suffering from autoimmune conditions and chronic gut conditions. Conditions like: IBS, SIBO, colitis, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, anxiety, depression, arthritis, fibromyalgia, celiacs, and food sensitivities.
